Previously, Mark headed outside sales in California, Nevada and Texas along with all third-party outside sales nationally. Before joining Ooma, Mark spent 11 years leading multiple channels with Consolidated Communications, a nationwide provider of telecommunications services.

George Jones

Product Development Executive for Sprint

George Jones joined Sprint Business in June 2018 as the product development executive responsible for product strategy for Sprint’s customer engagement and AI-driven capabilities. Prior to this role, he was chief architect of customer engagement services for DXC Technologies, and a leader over both telephony engineering and software architecture organizations.

George has more than 25 years in software development and has worked for companies like Progressive Insurance, EDS, and HP. Additionally, George founded two start-ups and has consulted with both large and small businesses on technology and customer engagement strategy.
